S.A.M KAZI was known in the art world as a widley travelled and talented fine artist with creative genre and visual language of expressions. His father was Master in education section. He liked football & wrestling at chilhood. He did not like to study at school then one of the artist friend of his fathers knew the intrest of sam kazi in arts. He gave the suggestion to his father to give the education of art to kazi & father admitted kazi to art school.

Till 1944 he has done a lot of efforts & work in art his painting we can see difference in effects of colours, changes in nature in his paintintg. In those days Raja Ram art society of Kolhapur had organized one art competition programme. In this competition 300 artist of country had participitated but the winner was Kazi & then he came to Mumbai.

He came to his friends house in Mumbai at 1945.His father sent money to him every month.He was very engrossed in his passion that one accident took place.His father was retired & mother was expired. His father got married & refused to sent money. Then Kazi returend to Kolhapur again. At Kolhapur he was busy in painting.early morning he took his painting material & made painting till sunrise this became habit of him & one day he came Mumbai again.

One day while sitting in Malabar Hill Artist Kazi was busy in capturing of Gulmohar Tree on his canvas. Suddenly two man came and stood beside him and observed him, painting for a longtime. One of those two persons was European, handed him his card and told him to meet in his office and walked away. After it was known to Artist Kazi that person who handed him the card was Mr. Brown who was Times of India's published Illustrated Weekly's owner. After which Mr. Brown publish Artist Kazi's drawing on centre page of Weekly with much prominence. Before it none of Indian artist work where published in Weekly. Due to which Artist Kazi got popular in Bombay Art Circle. Artist Kazi first displayed his solo work in 1949 which was a success.

Indian Express Newspaper Published Artist Kazi's work review in much detail which helped in making Artist Kazi a Respectable Artist. That time he sold his each painting or work till 500 Rupees which was a big thing for an Artist.

When there was effect of Money come ended Artist Kazi started touring his country from Kashmir to Kanyakumari. Seeing and analysis even hook and corner of our country he captured a beautiful scenes places on his canvas. There was not even a single country's important magazine who has not published his work. But the support that was given by illustrated weekly and Dharamyug is the only one that Artists Kazi remember's even today with love especially Satyakam Viglankar.

According his views Today's Magazine's publishers, owners etc are well educated but are not art lovers and can not understand and analysis art because of it Today Magazine just look like Telephone Directory. Artist Kazi has display his solo work in cities or places like Lucknow, Delhi, Hyderabad, Ooty, Rani Khet, Kolhapur, Bijapur and other places.

Not only our country but other countries as so display Artist Kazi's Art in their Art Museum. England's Pear's Family, Saudia Arabia Embassy, Ghanyashamdas Birla, Sir Puroshattam Thakur Das, Maharaja Gwalior, Maharani Kolhapur, Japan's Consulate, American Consulate, Salarjung Museum, Hyderabad Museum, Late Abdul Kadir are some of those who have praised Artist Kazi's work and displayed it in their personal collection after buying it. Artist Kazi's many important works have been published and printed by many card and due it has reached common men.
